“Old age” and wealth danced waltz together,
but it was clumsy.
Old age was frail, wealth was to heavy
loaded with gold and silver,
but wealth was strong.
It was clear,
that old age was more tired,
she did puff and blow with effort,
and her forehead was covered with sweat.
“Old age” has fallen suddenly,
with rumor,
her face did hit floor.
now wealth is alone,
heart attack…
But the orchestra plays on,
did not stop the waltz,
wealth looks around for a new victim,
for another dance partner.
